Guillem P\u00e9rez-Jord\u00e0<\/b> obtained his PhD at the Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia (UV) in 2013 and has developed most of his research career at the IH-CSIC in Madrid. He is currently a researcher at the Dept. of Prehistory, Archaeology and Ancient History at the UV and is the IP of the FRUITCOM project. His work has focused on the study of past agricultural communities based on archaeobotanical remains, tools and structures linked to this activity. He has collaborated in various national and international projects from the Neolithic to the Middle Ages.<\/p>\n
